Whoops! The weekend happened. Still managed to get some dance in each day!
Day 5
15 min on CQ choreo--figuring out turns, tweaking arms
Day 6
15 min stealthily practicing belly rolls on the train, Hobbit-bound
Day 7
15 min practicing zill patterns (mostly beledi and runs)
Day 8
Cirque Damara practice
30min Yoga
20min strength training
1 hr various drills
30 minworkshopping the last third of choreography.
